Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Perms

Based: North West

Package c. £35,000 per annum

The demand for the services of our Commercial Division continues to grow rapidly and as such we require experienced commercial consultants to augment our existing team. We already have a large number of the UK’s largest blue chip organisations and we simply need more help to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service.

Working along side our industrial and construction teams, our commercial division places people in a large range of office based roles including Customer Service, Administration, Accounts and Secretarial.

We are ideally looking for people who meet most or all of the following criteria:

Have a minimum 6 months Commercial Recruitment experience within the Commercial marketplace.

Are able to demonstrate an ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.

Can display a genuine desire to succeed in recruitment and take great satisfaction in their success

Able to pay attention to detail, even in a busy fast moving environment.

Have an excellent sense of humour
Drive, desire and able to motivate a team.

In return, we can offer an extremely competitive basic salary and a bonus scheme with very low standing requirements of placement fees at various levels and company car. We will be disappointed if the successful candidates do not earn in excess of £35k within the first 12 months.
