Recruitment Consultant - Industrial

Based: Bury / Wigan

Salary - £18k to £22k dependant on experience - Realistic OTE £35k

We are actively seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our existing Industrial, Warehouse & Construction temps team.

We are looking for someone with a minimum 6 month's experience dealing with industrial recruitment. Based in our North West office, our Industrial division provides temporary staff from Packers, Production Operatives and Order Pickers to major blue chip clients across the UK.

We have in place all the tools you will need to succeed including a nationwide temp database with more than 30,000 people registered, a client database with more than 15,000 companies, fully computerised systems, internet access and advertising along with email.

In return for you commitment, we can offer you a very competitive basic salary ranging from £18k to £22k, Company car, depending on your level of experience. Our unique bonus structure is transparent and achievable. If you have the ability to either build or maintain a client portfolio running around 100 - 200 temps on a week to week basis you should expect minimum earnings of around £35k.
