Recruitment Consultant - Trainee

Based: North West

Salary - £15k basic + uncapped bonus – 1st Year OTE £25k

We are looking for trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our existing experienced team

Based in our purpose built offices in the North West, the role will involve training in all areas of the recruitment process, from initial sales and winning business to interviewing and placing candidates and day-to-day customer service.

You will need to have a genuine desire to succeed in recruitment, not just a mild interest in the industry. An outgoing and affable personality will be a large factor in your success as dealing with people is what we do. You will need to possess all or most of the following attributes:
