HC Recruitment are delighted to announce the appointment of Jayne Sanderson Brown MCIPD as HR Director in a non-executive capacity.
 
Jayne is a fully qualified and vastly experienced operator in the Human Resources field and will add a lot of expertise in an area which is imperative to the successful running of the business.
It is widely reported that there will be employment legislation changes in 2010/11, not least the dawning of the Agency Workers Directive, and Jayne is the perfect person to guide us through any changes and the practical implications we can expect to experience on a day-to-day basis.
 
Director Matt Cullen explains the decision: "Nick and myself have known Jayne for some time now and have sought her advice on a variety of situations which have arisen in our first 10 years in business. Jayne's advice has always been spot on and we feel the time is right to equip ourselves with Jayne's knowledge in a more permanent arrangement. It is imperative we navigate any new legislation successfully in order to maintain the commitment we have made to our clients to recruit and manage our workforce in a legal and ethical manner. We feel this is a real coup for HC Recruitment and anticipate working with Jayne for many years".
