2009/10 figures show 20% growth in turnover achieved during the UK's deep financial recession. This success is down to a healthy mix of client retention, new business, organic growth and acquisitions.

Acquisition of Cymru Recruitment, Swansea. In line with our growth strategy we identified one of South Wales' most reputable recruitment agencies as a prime target to assist our expansion. Cymru Recruitment have a long standing relationship with Amazon.co.uk which will add the the portfolio of high profile clients within the HC Recruitment group of companies.

2008

£10 million turnover status pay-rolling 1500 temps per week. We now have over 10 OnSite and branch network operations across the UK as the strong brand and reputation grows.

Successfully win 4 major blue chip clients across the UK.

2006

Successfully achieve ISO 9001 standard, Gangmaster Licence (GLA) and become affiliated with the Association of Labour Providers (ALP). HC introduce staff onto REC training programme.
